this workout is all pushups! it will help u improve upper body strength which is useful for jumping, headering a ball, running faster, and changing direction quicker! do 2 sets of teh following: BEGINNER: 5 push ups, 3 clap push ups, 3 push ups, 4 spider push ups (2 each arm), 5 push ups. INTERMEDIATE: 10 pushups, 5 clap push-ups, 5 pushups, 6 spider push ups (3 each arm), 10 push ups. ADVANCED: 15 push ups, 7 clap push ups, 10 push ups, 8 spider push ups (4 each arm), 15 pushups. increase your number as you progress and remember: KEEP BREAKS TO A MINIMUM!!!!
