Insane chest workout!

I’ve just started doing these exercises off this guy and I’ve been doing exercises for months now and i’ve got to say this guys the best for getting the best workout.

Is it better to do legs, abs, chest, and calves all in one day? Or is it better to divide each workout into a different day?
When you put 4 of these 2 min workouts together, do you just go from one workout into the next, or can you rest for a couple mins? And, can you do this everyday?
